Is there a guitar effects processor that has both a master EQ that applies for all purposes at all?

Is there an effects processor guitar has a master EQ that applies for all purposes at all times? even when the effects are little? I want to remove the pedal effect – the graphic equalizer, I also want eliminate direct injection box, so would XLR WLE.

Can not think of anything other than a graphic equalizer, sorry. You can put in your effects loop to shape your sound circumvented EQ to the amp, but that's all I can think of, unless you're looking to rack EQ, but the cost of the big bucks and work much the same. Sorry, graphic equalizers are your best bet. It all depends on doing good. Boss EQ suck in my opinion, but the MXR equalizer (6 bands and 10 bands) are incredible.
